Synopsis
This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 19th Conference on Foundations of Software Technology and Theoretical Computer Science, FSTTCS'99, held in Chennai, India, in December 1999. The 30 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 84 submissions. Also included are six invited contributions.
